Sales Executive (Medical Equipment – Neurology Business) (Getz HealthCare Division)

Responsibility

  • Achieve sales objectives and promote medical equipment to medical professionals mainly Neurologists or Neurosurgeons.
  • You must be able to build professional and close relationship with target key opinion leaders and related healthcare professionals in the assigned hospitals
  • Provide product presentation, consultation, and training to customers

 

Qualification:

  • Male/Female, Age Over 22 Years Old
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related sciences
  • New graduates are welcome. However, sales experience targeting Neurologists is a big plus
  • Energetic and be able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Own vehicle and driving license
  • Have own car and ability to work in both Bangkok and Upcountry

Sale Representative (Personal Care Ingredient)

Responsibility:

  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential accounts.
  • Work closely with team in order to achieve sales target through acquisition and retention of customers
  • Build product propositions with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and others
  • Obtain reliable market information and recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and others

 

Qualifications:

  • Male / Female, age 28-32 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Cosmetics Science, Chemical, or related field
  • Having longer than 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Good selling and negotiation skills

Warehouse Operation Supervisor

Responsibility:

  • Perform, Lead and Control inventory count follow to item classification(ABC) in forward to pick location and bulk warehouse
  • Effective internal audit on every stage of warehouse and transport activities
  • Constructive counter measure and preventive report every gaps of WH&transport operation found
  • Sale Order processing management both on offline and online starting from SO printing,picking, confirming, diapatching with interval monitor KPIs measurement&Report.
  • System assistant on RR and Return and Post transcation on peak load period
  • Perform all other related warehouse management system tasks as assigned

 

Qualification:

  • Male , Age 28 – 40 Years Old
  • Bachelor of Computer system administration , Logistic or Equivalent
  • Ability to read, Communicate and understand English
  • General warehouse layout/Product knowledge and experienceof WMS(warehouse management system)
  • Basic computer skills and ability to frequently do mathematical or analysis computations
  • Ability to work on hot working environmental under long periods
  • Excellent problem solving skills/cycle count analysis skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills with clear communication to other dept

Accounting (Stock)

Responsibility:

  • To handle daily stock in-out for BUI location including preparation goods as per order request by sales,operation team and control them practice following company inventory procedure and finance authority
  • To check and cycle physical count stock on hand to compare with inventory report included half year&year end schedule
  • To support the shipping team for admin job i.e “Follow up – Deposit Container refund from Shipping Agency, Filling document
  • Other tasks as assigned by the manager

 

Qualification:

  • Male / Female, age 22 – 30 years old
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or experienced in related filed
  • 2-5 years’ experience in Store Keeper or Warehouse keeper and similar in Accounting Software for trading company is an advantage
  • Good command of English both written and spoken
  • MS Office proficiently
  • Good communication, cooperation and interpersonal skills
